Dentistry allows me to serve people and help them feel good. I thrive on interacting with others, and caring for my patients, which means wonderful conversations throughout the day, whether I am spending time getting to know a new patient’s dreams for a healthier smile, or catching up with an established patient who has come in for an exam. These exchanges are rewarding personally and professionally. I also love seeing patients open up as their smiles become healthy and beautiful, and they begin to feel wonderful about their appearance.
I love working with people. I love helping anxious people learn to feel more at ease while in our office. I look forward to getting to know our patients’ families and providing the best experience they have ever had. When a patient sends another member of their family to us for their dental care, I am honored — it means they truly believe in the service that my team and I provide.
Professionally, I enjoy the new technologies and treatment options that have made dentistry such an exciting field. Through dentistry, I have been able to meet top professionals from all over the world, as I travel to improve my skills and serve our local associations.

Personal Life and Community Involvement
I’m an Army brat and moved every three years throughout my childhood. After living first in Savage, then in Prior Lake, I have settled in Edina with my husband. I have been married for over 20 years, and have two wonderful children who are busy with school, soccer, and swimming. Our family is completed by our dogs who we took home from local rescue shelters. My free-time is spent running my kids around, gardening, and working for the dental society. I believe in supporting our community and have participated in Give Kids a Smile. Additionally, I helped start a dental clinic in Guatemala, and have traveled to Guatemala to volunteer my dental services there. I have also worked at the Union Gospel Mission.
